Long ago, electronic devices were not needed to know when and where we were, just a look up for reading the sky was enough. A good example of this were sailors, finding their way during the long nights on the sea. But what would happen if they were in the context of an actual city, what if tiny sailors would be stuck in one of our ponds, canals, lakes… they would not know how to find their way due to light pollution.
That´s exactly what will happen next Sunday 24th of March in Inverleith park pond after sunset (7-8pm). A small fleet of little lighty boats will need your help, come to see them or even better, bring your own rescue paper boats to help them, they will thank you giving something in exchange…
