recovering our roots

Myths are part of our history, some of them being represented in the dark sky as constellations. Having a look at the stars is like having a look at ancient greek books (cradle of our civilization), but nowadays those books are being censured by light pollution. For recovering this part of our history, on Friday 29th of March on the Top of Calton Hill, after 8 p.m. we will bring down some of these constellations and with them the myths behind them.

Between The National Monument, clear reference to ancient Greece, and the old observatory, seems like the perfect place to have a nice an joyful light painting experience, where we´ll also realize that ‘dark spots’ have not to be at odds with fun and security 😉
